Abbreviated report today- Yesterday turned out pretty nice seeing as winter is not releasing us from its grip. Last night dipped down to 28 degrees so the river lost a full degree overnight, also the level is dropping so a few more areas should be accessible throughout the day.Orleans park and White street will still be best spots to try today but as the water drops you be able spread out and target some of your favorite areas.
