Walleye still biting

Butterworms typically measure 1/2 – 1 1/2″ in length. They are a orange-yellow color and have a slightly oily feeling.  They smell sweet and this is why they are called Butterworms. Theyare the larval stage of a Trevo or Tebo Moth- killer bait for the trout released in all the local ponds.

Shop hours 7a-7p

Wading to Bluegrass Island is permitted

Walleye rules lifted. The sunrise/sunset rule has been lifted . The walleye limit is still six . And more than one hook is allowed.

Treble hooks as well.

Rooster tails and chatter baits are white bass slayers.

Fresh batch of emerald shiners in stock!

White Street, Orleans , and Rossford marina will be good for today for white bass and white perch.

Jerome, Buttonwood and Bluegrasss Island for walleye.

Since last week  the white bass have been moving in-should be in there  thick and heavy . They should also be up in swan creek by now.

Paddle tails in white, silver and green have been really good baits.

The cold yesterday slowed it down a bit but a good number of anglers still got a few.

Have fun ,be safe and good luck fishing
