Fish. Are. Biting.

Some of the guys from the shop went out the other night, shore fishing lake erie, and picked up a mixed bag. Crappie, walleye and perch.
Temps and weather has been very good for the night bite and has all the species hungry.
The last couple days have been cloudy and overcast kind of cool in the evenings which makes for good fishing . The little bit of rain we’ve had in the area brought up the river levels pond levels lake levels just a little bit and it seems to have sparked a little action with the fishing bite.
Small crank baits, worms on a lead head, and some of the larger paddle tails have all been working very well. Perch and crappie are biting off of minnows fished under a bobber with the bait just off the bottom.
We are stocked up pretty good now on bait- minnows ,worms, and wax worms, also have plenty of paddle tail swim baits and crank baits to get us through the fall season.
