Well we got some much-needed rain ,hopefully that freshen up the river, so to speak. Not a whole lot of crazy action yesterday. We did see a few limits but most guys caught just one or two.
Buttonwood, Davis Overlook, Bluegrass island , Jerome rd rapids are all likely today. As the water slowly rises the Towpath should be better.

Run-off from a heavy rain carries all kinds of food in the form of worms and other crawling critters into a river. The increase in river flow also stirs small aquatic creatures for the spring warm up Many species of fish are more active under dark conditions, than in bright sunlight.
