Maumee River Conditions- 8 July, 2019

Some wind and some rain over the last few days has the river up from 2 days ago. Still very fishable .  I stopped for a quick minute after work and landed this nice smallmouth bass using a square billed Cotten Cordell.  These baits are great for the smallies and they dont dive real deep so they are perfect for fishing the Maumee rivers rocky / brushy bottom.
