Again we saw limits before 9 am despite the rain and storms . We had rain all day and the river has finally come up almost 2 feet and cooled down 3 degrees which will bring even more fresh fish in to get this run in high gear. The bite was on early and lasted til early afternoon when things slowed down a bit . Fishing is only going to get better.
Today with the higher water Bluegrass is inaccesible by wading. Try some of the high water spots such as whte street acces and orleans park as well as Ft Meigs. The new park called davis overlook has been productive as well.
looking to be a great up coming weekend of walleye run fishing.
