Maumee river report.–fresh minnows and waxworms

2.5 lb white bass caught using the lead head leader/ floating jig head as trailer rig. 

Rain over the last few days brought the water up a few feet Tuesday and Wednesday..Today its on its way down . Looks like it brought in a big push of white bass. As the water drops and clears(very muddy after the rain) its should be cooler fillin time .

Catfish are moving too.
