saw some Walleye limits early yesterday, before 10 AM. Buttonwood, bluegrass and Jerome. Then a bunch of ones and two the rest of the day. Man those of you that stopped Fishing for walleye two weeks ago really missed out on some good weather conditions and two weeks worth limits . You have to remember on a lot of these Fishing pages people think it’s funny to post a picture of a white bass, or a catfish in early April with the ” run us over ” caption. Regardless, at this point, the very end of April the run is legitimately close to being done as the water temperature warms up.
We are starting to see some good numbers of white bass being caught at Orleans Park. White Perch up and down the towpath.
Have fun, be safe, good luck Fishing.
