BLUEGRASS ISLAND- NO CROSSING
conditions are looking a lot better as we head into the weekend. Spread out today. Davis overlook. Jerome Rd., Rapids. Buttonwood. The pillars and the pipe. And Orleans or white Street will be good areas.
So that water level is right there at that 584.5 mark today, it’ll drop another 6 inches or so. The ground in the region was saturated and was not absorbing had extra water coming in from Indiana, that’s why we had such an high increase in the water level last week. Not a big dea,l that extra water brought in a nice push of fish . And as of yesterday we have seen steady catches including a bunch of limits. Some good news is that the water is still steadily dropping and in a day or two we might able to get to blueglass Island. As the water gets lower and slower it might not be a bad idea to shorten that leader just a little bit, this will keep the lure closer to the bottom and maybe entice them to bite.
Have fun, be safe, good luck fishing.
