Yesterday morning was slow-there was a skin of ice on the river yesterday morning-and the action didnyt pick up til the sun came out. We did see a limit out of bluegrass island and a few at buttonwood. Some a few were caught at Jerome rd rapids as well. Today the river is up a few inches , clarity is good and its going to be close to 7- degrees this afternoon. If you have been waitng for better conditions , well they are here, time to hit the river.
